A Discussion of a New UNU-IIGH Briefing Paper on Global University Rankings: Watch the Recording

Note: This Wednesday, June 7th, 2023, a group of discussants— convened by David McCoy— came together to discuss a new briefing paper on global university rankings from the United Nations University’s International Institute for Global Health (UNU-IIGH), titled “World-class universities? The biases and colonial nature of global university rankings” (February 2023). Discussants at the webinar included Angel Calderon, Ellen Hazelkorn, and McCoy (two other discussants were ultimately unable to attend).
